We're currently have Avaya One-X Desktop Clients 11.1.3200.21.
We need a Avaya One-X Desktop Clients 11.1.3200.26 installer.
Every time we run the app it pops up it has update 11.1.3200.26, I select yes, it downloads and installs (seems like) but in fact it's not. If you close and reopen the app, it still on build 21 and still prompts you to update to Build 26. Loop.
I found same unresolved thread on other forum:
Yes, I did try to disable antivirus, tried on multiple machines and tried run as admin - still no luck.
One-X desktop client is not available here in Download center on this site. Not a single version, not just build 26.
I hope developers and support are present on this forum.
