Hello , I want to create custom reports for Avaya Contact Center Select, in the documentation states that I can use Microsoft Report Designer , but the application does not come installed although the daployment was software only , I installed Microsoft Report Builder , however I need to access the database data to create reports , what I can do to join the database?
