I have ip office v2 which was working fine from last 9 months. Recently there was some issue with our sip trunks from the provider side. Once provider solves the issue and line seems to be working fine. I restart the ip office 500 v2, it starts working only for 5 min.
Now every time I restart the ip office machine it works only for couple of minutes 3-5 min and stops receiving or making calls. Again I restart the ip office and it works for some time which is 3-5 min and stops. If I do 10 times this practice it will only work for couple of mins.
I also have checked with Avaya IP office system status when I restart I can ping my line for 3-5 mins, but after that it even stops pinging as well.
Why ???? it works only for 3-5 min if I make any changes and made it merge or immediate or restart the ip office.
