    pause recording from Communicator

    Customers use Communicator and IPOCC. All the calls are automatically recorded. Is there any way to pause the recording? I tried to add a pause record button to the agent interface but I have to program the call recording element. Will it cause any issue if I add the element? I was told this is for manual recording.
