Hello, We have a new install that has been live for 5-6 weeks now. When the supervisor makes changes to some settings, lets say a topic. it will logoff all the IPOCC agents even if the changes made don't relate to the agents that get logged off.
We thought that this may have been a user problem, but since then we have another new install that went live and they are reporting the same problem.
They are both running IPO 9.1.6 and IPOCC 9.1.6
