SFDC with "IPOCC web service has stopped working"

SFDC integration. Get to the login window...but get error after logging in, "IPOCC web service has stopped working"

Restarted Watchdog
no change
rebooted server
no change.

WebUI works fine, but loggin in form SFDC does not.
What am i missing
