Hi all,
At one of our customers we had problems with the automated statistics. The problem occured after using the time zone adjustment program. The statistics were not generated anymore, and some off the statistics were being send via e-mail every 3 minutes.
After searching why this was happening, we found that the dates and time in the reports were incorrect. So, after opening one of these reports, there was a notice "invalid time".
After editing the report, and clicking on the time it was automatically adjusted.
Save the report and the problem was solved.
We had to do this for every report, and now also the errors in the TTrace were gone.
Hope this can save you some time in troubleshooting.
