The issue: right after installation I login Agent for the first time. The application starts, accepts agent's credentials. Than I log Agent in to some group.
The application has green light on top and everything seems to be OK. But actually the Agents is not logged!
Nether dashboard nor Supervisor see the agent logged.
And Task Flow acts as no agents in a queue.
No error message, nothing.
Any idea?
