Hey all,
Have a site here with a handful of J169s, and a handful of J129s. New install. We have a DHCP server sending option 242, pointing the phones to their VLAN and to their HTTP Server (The IP Office).
The J169s work fine. They pull the vlan information, and they pull the IP of the IPO. You can log right into them and you're up and running.
The J129s pull the correct vlan information, so they find themselves on the correct subnet, however, they do not pull the HTTP Server string. When you go to login you get a 'No SIP Proxys Enabled' error. When you look into servers under administration settings, you see that no HTTP Server is configured.
Anybody else seen this kind of behavior? From what I can tell, the J169 and J129 should work identically with regards to the Option 242 parameters. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
