We are trialling one-X Agent software, H323 v2.5.10 & Cm 7.0 - when an agent logs out of the software using the status tool bar a pop-up "Operation Failed" "Agent Logout fialed" appears.
I believe this is something to do with AUX codes - within one-X software I have changed AUX reason code 10:default to 0:default as per SOLN : SOLN326847 to no avail.
This seems to be a common problem on various forums with little in the way of fixes. If a logout button is assigned to the favourite bar then the agent logs out successfully, however I don't want to roll this software out without a fix for the error message when trying to log out using the status bar.
Anybody any ideas?
