I have BCM450R1 installed (system software version 8.0.1.05.329) with following patches applied:
BCM450.R100.SU.System version 011.201001-1
BCM450.R100.SU.Desktop version 005.200912-1
BCM450.R100.SU.System version 014.201102-2
Keycode for upgrade was retrieved and istalled:
Status | Name | Data
-------------|-------------|---------
ACTIVE | Upgrade | 234
When I try to start an upgrade on BCM Element Manager from My Computer and file Upgrade-To-BCM450-R6-From-BCM450-R1(Version 1.02-0) in Find Software Updates window has its status shown as obsolete.
Why is this happening and what I can do to fix that?
