We have a contact center rls 7 and Avaya softphone i2050 rls 4.2 we have to deployed a soft phone i 2050 with call center features, and I’m looking for the config ini file with all features (noise redaction ,audio quality, microphone automatic gain control, echo cancellation……etc)
If any one can support me in this issue? I will be appreciated.
