Remote H323 Extension

I have recently upgraded our IP Office 500 to 8.0.18 and am trying to configure a "Remote H323 Extension". I can get the phone to connect externally but when it tries to register it displays "Discovery x.x.x.x" with our IP Office's INTERNAL ip address. I have checked the config on the phone and server and cannot figure out why and where it is getting the internal server address from.

I feel like the Firewall is configured properly and I can even get to and admin the server from outside the firewall...

Any else tried this feature and/or have any ideas?
