We are installing the Avaya One-X application and ran into a curious error.
When configuring a new PC, the only way we can get it to initally login is by using the User Type = Supervisor. Once it logs in successfully, we can then change the profile to User Type = Agent.
With many stations to install, this would be very time-consuming.
Does anyone have a solution to this?
