Anyone familiar with AAEP/CM integration.
The AAEP Integrates with CM thro virtual Soft phones and how can we have a fallback feature ie if the AAEP is down, can we still route the calls to Agents in CM?
Can some one share the vector programming needed.
currently we just have,
route to xxxx (xxxx is a hunt goup containing the virtual soft phones)
