Can anybody help please? . I have succesfully got a ip5000 registered to a ses version 5.2 and can make calls from the polycom ip500 to a cm extension. but can get the cm extension to call the polycom ip5000 it just gives me a re-order tone. has anybody come across this with the Polycom Ip5000 or Ip6000/7000. Any help appreciated.
