I have a g450 and s8500 running 5.2x code and have been battling this audio issue now for over a few months. I have users where the audio will fade in and out along with robotic voices. It appears to be happening across the PRI's and station to station calls.
I have QOS setup and honoring dscp 46 value and see it in pcaps when I capture the problem.
Avaya hasn't really come back with anything on this other than maybe the network is queuing the RTP traffic due to congestion and the gateway is flooded with RTP traffic causing these odd audio issue.
Has anyone else had this issue? What was done to resolve it. I am pulling my hair out on this one.
