I have searched high and low, but I cannot find the answer to my question.
I have a BCM50 with avaya IP phones (1120e if it matters) and I want to use Desktop Assistant Pro. I have enabled LAN CTE in the BCM and checked the service is running, but I cannot get the client LAN CTE software anywhere. When I go to the web login for my BCM, it is not listed as an available option.
Can anyone give me a link to download it?
