In our office we have the Avaya BCM50. I would like the indicator light on my phone to light up when the General Delivery Mailbox has a message. My phone has a mailbox and I want to keep it. Both the General Delivery Mailbox and my phone have also have extensions. According to the manual, only phones without mailboxes can be used as alternate extensions. That seems ridiculous. Any suggestions? Alternatively, is there a way to configure one mailbox for two phone sets?
