Emergency call announcement
Hello,
I am wondering if there is a way for our company to have our receptionist's phone setup so that she can simply press a button on the phone and it will call 911 and play a recorded message or announcement to them if there is an emergency situation such as person outside the building who is trying to get in, etc.
Our company is on the Avaya phone system and I believe her phone is a 9630. We know that we can set up her phone so that it will call 911 with one of the buttons, but we are wondering if there is a way to make it call and play a recorded message automatically so she doesnt have to talk to anyone or make it obvious that she is on the phone.
