I have a concern regarding our Avaya J159 IP phone. It gets stuck on the "Starting up" display. We attempted to reconfigure and factory reset it, but the issue persists. Additionally, we cannot ping the static IP address we programmed into the phone. The switch and patch cord are functioning properly, and even when connecting directly to the phone, the IP address remains unresponsive.
We also tried to set up a TFTP application, but the IP address is not detected.
Can anyone assist us in diagnosing this problem and suggest a possible fix?
