We are using Exchange for voicemail off of our Avaya pbx. DID calls route correctly ring station 3 times then the VM huntgroup) and Exchange answers with the correct greeting.
When using our AA vector for nonDID extensions (Press 1 if you know your parties extension, then please enter your parties 4 digit extension, then route to digits with cov y) the call will ring to the station for 3 rings then go to a busy.
If I try a DID extension in the AA it also fails.
In doing a list trace station I noticed that the AA path is inserting a "setup digits 8" that the DID path isn't. Both stations are using the same cover path.
