Seeking for your support as i have issue in configure the headset led to remain ON after agent press release . i got new avaya version that must to leave the 46xxsettings on the FTP server to solve the issue of remain the headset LED ON after agent press release , but i need to remove the FTP ip from the avaya but when i remove it the Headset LED goes OFF after the agent press release . the old version working with no issue when i remove the FTP ip but the new version doen't . is it possible to store the 46xxsettings on avaya and doesn't need to leave FTP IP on avaya as i have many project that i afraid to make any change on the 46xxsettings and all request same 46xxsettings file so i have to remove the FTP ip from avaya after it configured .
