We have used SMDR Viewer on Windows 10 since Avaya go live.
I tried to set IP address of the server which has VM into System Settings -> System Configuration -> SMDR so that SMDR viewer run on win10 on VM. But log data was not read into it.
Then I'm seeking your advice for how to set up or something to be check.
Could somebody with such a experience advise me ?
