    AAM R6.3.3 SP 9 Greeting not playing

    Customer installed SP 9 AAM R6.3.3. SP9 and If users accesses mailbox and creates a new greeting, that new greeting will not play until 24 hours later. I have ran the sync tools on all 4 application servers, but still new greeting and extended greeting will not play until the next day
