    Avaya Aura Messaging Issue

    Hi All,

    I have:
    Avaya Aura Messaging 6.1 SP2 Patch 3
    Avaya Aura SM and SMGR 6.1, Patch 7
    Avaya Aura Communication Manager 6.0.1 Patch 8.01

    I used Config Note CN88100D for configuration of AAM with CM via SM. All seems to be working fine, the only issues I am facing is:

    > If I dial a number with mailbox assigned, the call goes to coverage and I get the announcement "Hello, to enter your mailbox, Press # or to leave a message for someoine else on the system, enter extension number. if I:
    a) Press #, system prompts me to input my extension and password, if i input both i can access my mailbox.
    b) Enter extension #, i get and announcement that user is not avaialable and u can leave a message, if i leave a message, message is sent and MWI comes up for that extension and once i listened to the message, light turns off,

    > If I press the message button on 96xx or 16xx phones, i get same prompt to press # to access my mailbox or i can leave a message for someone else.

    ideally, i think, upon call coverage, i shoudl be prompted with the announcement for that specific extension rather han allowing me to access my own mailbox. And if I press message button, i should b prompted to input password for my mailbox.

    please help, what am I missing in the config.
