I arrived today to find my Audix voicemail system hosed. All the subscribers have been wiped out and when I try to manually enter new ones I get a system error. What's more is I can't find our original install disks. Our system is an S8500, circa 2005. Several questions:
Does anyone know where I can get a copy of LX R1.1 to reinstall?
Should I bother, or is there an updated version that would be compatible with our hardware (S8500) that would be better? If so, where do I get that?
I've checked with our local Avaya service people, they don't have a copy.
