Aura Messaging Dead air after upgrading Session Manager
If you upgrade Avaya Session Manager to 6.3 with AAM 6.x it's possbile that remote users could experience dead air when calls cover to voicemail. If you come across this or are considerting upgrading Session Manager to ASM 6.3 make sure to update the AAM to 6.2 SP 3 patch 5 or newer!
