My customer is going from a 4 digit dial plan to a 10 digit dial plan. I am trying to use the Find and Replace option in Provision, however, it's not "Finding and Replacing" my 4 digit mailbox as a 10 digits, it is duplicating the mailbox with the new 10 digit number so I'm ending up with a 4 digit and 10 digit mailbox. I have tried ASA also just for good measure and couldn't get it to work either. My Storage Server has already set up for 10 digit mailboxes. Has anyone done this before that could shed some light on this for me, I don't really want to have to change 2k users 1 at a time.
