I was wondering if anyone knows of or/has used an Avaya WIFI IP Phone in a Call Center/ACD environment (Must be a current WIFI IP Phone that is not End of Sale, I know the 3631 works but Avaya doesn't sell them anymore)?
We have a group that is looking to have some technical folks carry around WIFI IP Phones, and be apart of an ACD Group that answers calls and walks over to someones desk who is needing assistance.
I am looking to find out which Avaya phones were used, how it worked in your environment, and what (If any) pitfalls you might have had. Also I am looking for a 10,000' overview on how the install/setup was for this deployment.
