Controller 8180 cannot reboot

Hi,

We had a wireless controller 8180 and 15 AP connected. The system running well around 1 year. But last week, the all AP is going down and via console to controller can see the error message like this one:

WDP crititcal error, rebooting.....

We had try to upgrade the firmware, but the error stiil occure.

Please advice.
