I have an Android phone with Mobile One-X for IPO installed. If I have the application running. Then, go try to make a personal call using my standard phone app- as soon as I hit send the Avaya app pops up and the call is being made through the Avaya app and the call is being sent from my work phone number.
I am unable to make a standard personal phone call if I have the Avaya app running in the background. There has to be a setting to change so I can have it running and still make personal calls on the standard phone app.
