We are deploying iPhones to some of our employees with OneX Mobile Communicator using SIP over wifi. Everything is working great except for inbound calling. Most of the phone goes into sleep mode or lock mode, users no longer receive inbound calls. There are occasions where the incoming call will wake up the phone, We can't figure out what the difference is.
We can;t disable the PIN lock on the iPhone for security reasons.
Anyone else had to deal with this?
