4027/4070 Upgrade tool

We have recently purchase this 4027/4070 Upgrade tool. It's an 'ancient' looking tool.. and worse of all, I couldn't find any documentation on how to use this tool ie. how to upload a new firmware to a 4027 Dect phone. So, does anyone knows? thanks.
