QOS Methods for IP Phones

Hi,

I am in the process of configuring QOS settings on Avaya 4500 series ethernet switches and am wondering which method of applying QOS I should use.

I can either use ADAC or Automatic QOS but not both.

Does all of the Nortel IP Phones and Avaya's new IP Phones support Automatic QOS or do I have to use ADAC?
