    IP Office 7 - Call queuing questions

    1. Is it possible to create a button to light when their are calls in a Hunt Group queue waiting?

    2. The problem we have is that when a user receives a call from the queue and places it on
    hold, they receive another call from the queue. So, we use Busy on Held, but this also
    blocks internal calls too. The user might have to page another person and wait for them to
    respond yet they cannot receive calls due to busy on held.

    We are looking for a solution that only gives the calls queued to each recipient one at a
    time but allows them to receive internal calls at anytime? So basically we want busy on
    held for external calls only? or a different solution that requires little to no extra steps by
    the user.
