Mailbox "Destination Unavailable Messge"
Using IP office 7.0 Quick mode [Partner] embedded vmail , discovered that only one outside call can access mailbox at a time all other callers get "that destination is unavailable " while the mailbox is in use , once the mailbox is idle it will accept another caller. There are 4 ports available for 5 lines and ten users , there are no trace errors and system status shows vmail working fine. Thinking that the automatic VMS cover feature is not functioning even though assigned or some programming is not performed in cover feature , any ideas appreciated
