Out of all the IP Office basic (or partner version) installations we have done in the last year we have had to reformat the sd card at least once and often more except for 1 customer. The most common issue is sets not breaking dial tone, the second most common issue is on intercom no talk back. Reformatting is a pain because we have to go to customer site and put on a patch or something, then have the customer have to re record every greeting on voice mail. When we do this 2 or 3 times it gets frustration. Why arent the SD cards coming out correct and operational? And it seems it is only on the basic software and not on essentials. Anyone got any tips?
