IPO G729 SIP - VCM (Not Sending Early Media)

Hope that you are doing fantastically well. We are having a bit of a problem here in our Lab with the RTP not being sent using G729 on the SIP Line and G711A on the Phone Extension. (VCM doing the transcoding)
The problem here is that the IP Office phones do not send any early media (or initial RTP traffic) for some reason, when using the VCM.
I have attached the trace files showing the calls…. You can clearly see in the attached logs that When the phone uses G729 and the SIP Trunk is Set to G729 (Hence RTP Relay, no VCM) RTP media gets sent, but when the phone is set to G711 and the SIP trunk is set to G729, hence it need to use the VCM, no RTP traffic is sent during the call setup period.
PLEASE HELP OUR URENTLY, AS THIS IS A MAJOR BUG!
