IPO - Onex Issue

Hai All,

I am having an issue when i am trying to login IP (H323) extension , to the Onex portal users.
Its strange that i can use same with SIP extensions.

Also in configuration page of onx portal , i can see every users come twice..

Can some body help metroubleshoot this error
