I have just made a switch on a customer who had an SCS to the IP Office. There were some 1220's which were retained. The phones come up and are able to receive calls and make calls. They however do not make any calls if the "Force Authorization Code" option is selected.
When this is selected the user dialing hears a ringing tone but nothing else happens and they are not prompted to enter their Auth Code.
Has anyone seen this? Is there a way to fix?
