There is some confusion in the configuration of CCR hunt group announcements. I am trying to change the default recording that something like .. "i am afraid no one is available ................" this is the default system recording. i want to change that with my personalized recording. But problem is i am not able to do that. I tried lots of ways, access the mailbox of hunt group change the greeting but with no luck. Can anyone guide me how i change that manually on VMPRO server. Or this there any way to slow this problem........
