hello forum , my IP office release 9.0.3.0 , is i have strange issue with Pre-Recorded Greetings , follow the documetation :
I have pre-recorded messag format wav , and with LVM Greting Utility , i am covert the file .wav in format .c11 , as below :
wav file is :
· Mono
Input file : day.wav
Output file : day.c11 ( for IPO 500 V2 )
Output File Type : Announcement1
User Extension : HGday ( name of hunt group where i try to prompt message )
Format: G711 ( IP Office 500 V2 )
Click Ok and i get file day.c11 after i rename file day.clp , so now i am upload the file in the SD Card in the directory
SD\DYNAMIC\LVMAIL ,and i can see in the directory the file day.clp with label HGday ( name of hunt group ).
Reboot the system.
So now i am setting my HGday group with group number 19 , i am going to announcement tab and flag Announcement On and set Play only 1st annoncement , save configuration.
My problem i cant hear message in the queue of HGday group and also whent i try to listen message with procedure *9119# the message is not registered yet.
Where is my fault , i make many test but always i can hear the message.

· 8000 KHz, 16bit
· Mono

Output file : day.c11 ( for IPO 500 V2 )
