I have a system IPO 8.1.91 and CCR 8.1.46.4. When the queue is in service, Wallboard shows "All Agents Busy", when agents are busy, it shows "In Service".
In the reports, on Agent Time Card, CCR calculates wrong the shift.
Did somebody see this kind of problem?
