    H323 Line Configuration Issues

    Hi Guys,

    I need someone to help me on this issue. I have a WAN setup across all our offices via Juniper Firewall. The VPN/WAN looks fine as the Avaya SIP configuration work in some instances.

    The company decided to change from SIP to H323. After setting up H323, we observe that the phones were able to recognize individual extensions with their users. Unfortunately, NO VOICE/TONE.

    What am I getting wrong? We use IP Office v 2 in all offices.
