I'm having issues with Analog IVR Port setup for Page.
This is an intermittent problem. Sometimes the IVR port gets busy, customer can hear buzz on the speakers and the only way to stop is to unplug the cable between the Avaya IPO and the Q-SYS system.
I was able to duplicate this problem,just adding a buttset and go offhook. The call will seized for 30 sec and go busy.
Running system status snapshots, we found out the ivr port got busy after somebody access the paging system.
I assume the Q-SYS is causing this.
Any thoughts?
