Having problems on certain Northstar phone, when we are on a voicemail (example waiting on 1-800 cisco support voicemail) and then we need to dial "6" to get to a specific department, is it not working. The digit "6" is not working.
We also have this problem when using a conference number, when dialing our passcode, if it includes the digit "6" it won't work. The line does not recognize the digit "6". Like it's not sending it.
Anyone have a clue of what could be causing this?
