I hope you can help me. Our customer has a IPOffice 9.0.5 and an UC110 for using Onex-Portal.
For using the Mobile App i configure in the XMPP Domainname the FQDN and the App is has a connection to the Portal and works.
The customer will use the Groupchat feature too. The Problem is, the only configuration that i found was to set the IP-Adress of the Server in the XMPP Domainname. Then is the Groupchat working but the Mobile App has no connection.
I try it with many different IP Adresses and Names but only one was working.
Can you help me for solving the trouble.
