    Avaya VoiceMail Pro - Testing for Queued Time

    Hello,

    (IP OFFICE VM PRO)

    I have a call queue set up with queue position and queue ETA working fine. My question is as follows:

    I would like to set it up so when a caller is on hold for 4 minutes or longer, they hear a message and can leave a voice mail. I've tried created a condition and set it to test $TIMEQUEUED greater or equal to 240, but that isn't working.

    Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
