HELLO,
I'm implementing Scopia XT5000 v8.3.2.534 , all ports are open on my firewall, call working with AVAYA endpoints (receiving and sending audio/video works fine) , but i try to test with Cisco Telepresence MX800 i receive a black screen and no voice received , but the remote endpoint can hear me and see me also.
can anyone suggest any idea about this issue ?
